Everybody's mad. I'm mad. Even my sort of creeping fascination with what's happening in this country has slowed and resolved as anger. Charlottesville was clarity, if anything.
But my wife preached an awesome sermon this morning, and I can't stay mad forever. This picture helps. From our Singing in the Rain night, as my wife (far right) led a group out to the front lawn of the church and played in the sprinkler, sang the title song, and just made the world a better place. I smile just looking at it.
